The Splendora Junior High Wind Ensemble Acheives National Recognition
The Splendora Junior High Wind Ensemble has achieved national recognition!
SJH Band Director Micheal Lehew announced that the 2021-2022 Wind Ensemble was selected as a Commended Winner in the 2022 Mark of Excellence/National Wind Band Honors Project!
The Project received 376 entries in all classifications this year from 39 states, and the SJH Wind Ensemble was in the top 20! Congratulations, band members and their directors!
