Construction Continues On Track at New Keefer Crossing MS and Comprehensive High School #3
Construction continues on track at the new Keefer Crossing Middle School campus and the third comprehensive high school.
The site paving at Keefer Crossing Middle School is 50 percent complete. The structural steel installation is 90 percent complete, roof decking installation is 90 percent complete, and masonry installation is at 15 percent. The site utilities installation is at 85 percent. The rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation is at 15 percent.
The third comprehensive high school site clearing is 85 percent complete. The rough grading, the process of making a level or slope base, is 45 percent complete. Watch the video below for drone footage of both construction sites. :

Update 7.20.2020:
Land Clearing Begins on Comprehensive HS #3
The site has been cleared and rough grading is at 90 percent completion. The building pad is complete. The general contractor will start installing the concrete piers concurrent with the underground storm and sanitary systems.
Update 5.21.2020:
Keefer Crossing Middle School Construction Underway
The NCISD Board of Trustees approved an award of construction contract May 18 for the New Comprehensive High School #3 to Gamma Construction. Construction is scheduled to begin within two to three weeks.
Also, construction at Keefer Crossing Middle School is progressing well with overall completion at 22 percent. The parking lot paving is at 75 percent, the building foundation is 65 percent complete, and the structural steel is 18 percent complete.
