Porter High School seniors Charlyn Easley and Brooke Carmical competed in Dallas at the Educators Rising National Competition June 22-25...And they made it into the Top 10.
They have advanced to Nationals for the last 3 years and they have placed in the top 10 for the last 2 years!
"They have learned so much advocating for students with learning disabilities," said Brandi Espitia, sponsor for the PHS chapter of the Texas Association of Future Educators. "We can't wait to see the difference these girls will make in the lives of our future generations. Mrs. Tanya Easley and I are proud teachers. Congratulations Charlyn and Brooke!"
